Annual Technical
Support and Maintenance |
| Technical Support is approximately 20% of the
initial product cost and is payable upon initial product purchase.
Each year thereafter we send out an
Annual Technical Support and Maintenance Invoice to each end user
who has one of our software products (for example our Chrysler
Software Interface into their EBMX system, or our FastSync 3780 BSC
software, etc). If the Invoice is paid you are entitled to
on-going telephone support (e.g., re-installation help, system
tweaking, etc.), along with any new software updates and bug fixes. Should you have been serviced by
either a Reseller or VAR, you will not receive an Annual Technical Support and Maintenance
Invoice. If you call for support, these instances are handled on a case by case basis.
Call your reseller first and just hope your reseller has maintained
your annual support
If the Invoice is NOT paid, we do not send
another Invoice the following year. Should one of these users who
has not paid their support call for help, we ask that they pay back
support plus a $500 reinstatement fee. Again, this usually does not
affect those serviced by either a Reseller or a VAR.
